CIS was founded in August of 2003, including one institution and three departments: Institution of Applied Information Science, Department of Information Management, Department of Information Technology and Department of Commercial Technology Management. The CIS pays attention to cultivate students’competitiveness, to cope with the challenge of globalization, and to equip with abilities of information system managements and knowledges in new era.
